Course structure
THE SIX MODULES
Module 1
Foundations of Profiling & Face Reading
Scientific basis. Mimikresonanz®, personality research and the line between serious profiling and pseudo-analysis.
Module 2
Reading personality patterns
The Big Five in the face. Recognise within minutes which type of person sits across from you, and how they make decisions.
Module 3
Stress and truthfulness signals
Micro-expressions, incongruence, hesitation. Recognise when your counterpart agrees, manoeuvres or deflects, before it's spoken.
Module 4
Strategy choice in real time
Adapt language, pace, argumentation and body language deliberately. Observation becomes decision, and you lead the conversation to your goal.
Module 5
Female Negotiation context
Profiling in the negotiation situations women encounter most often: authoritarian counterparts, salary talks, conflict mediation, recruiting.
Module 6
Live practice & video analysis
Your own cases, video analysis of real negotiations and 1:1 sessions with Dr. Jennifer Helgert.
