Which programme is right for me?
Success Made Easy is the online training for women who want to build their negotiation skills in a structured way — from salary talks to major contracts.
She Speaks, She Leads is the 12-week mentoring programme for founders, entrepreneurs and leaders who want to show up with quiet authority in the conversations that matter.
Profiling & Face Reading is the companion module for anyone learning to read non-verbal signals precisely and use them in real time.

What does She Speaks, She Leads cost?
We discuss the investment individually in the intro call. That way we can also explore whether funding is available — most participants get the programme subsidised through professional-development budgets.
Is the programme eligible for funding?
Yes, in many cases participation qualifies for funding — through your state's continuing-education leave (Bildungsurlaub), employer training budgets, or professional-body programmes. We clarify your specific situation in the intro call.
How does the intro call work?
The intro call lasts about 30 minutes and takes place by phone or video. We talk about your current situation, your goals, and which format fits you. No obligation, no cost, no sales pressure.
Can I take part from outside Germany?
Yes. All programmes run remotely and are location-independent. The primary language is German; selected content is available in English — flag it in the intro call and we will tailor your experience.
Do I need prior experience?
Nothing specific. The programmes are designed for women at different career stages — from a first leadership role to seasoned managing director. What matters more than experience is the desire to feel composed and effective in the conversations that count.
What happens after the course?
On completion you receive a certificate for the modules finished. You keep access to the recordings and materials and become part of an alumni network of ambitious women.
